Hall
The spacious entry hall measures 21ft x 8ft, with a Maple wood staircase leading down to rooms on the ground floor. There is a large cloakroom off the hall, in addition to a 2 piece powder room and an electrical room where one of the home'’s two hot water cylinders is located.
A side door leads directly to the attached double garage.
Great Room
Glazed Brazilian Pine double entry doors lead from the hallway to an open plan great room. Filled with light, this 26.5ft x 32.5ft expansive room has a large cathedral window facing south and cathedral celing. The window had the benefit of custom-made Bermuda shutters.
A magnificent floor-to-ceiling double sided fireplace divides the room into sitting, dining and kitchen areas. There is also a large window in the dining area which faces the rear gardens. The sitting area is fitted with multiple electricity floor sockets for easy placement of lamps etc.
The kitchen features craftsman-built cherry wood cabinets with black granite counter tops and breakfast bar, a dishwasher, propane-fuelled Bosch oven and hob, and a built-in LG fridge/freezer, and a pantry. There is also an electric ‘dumb-waiter’ elevator from the kitchen to the Laundry and Recreation rooms on the lower floor.
A door leads to a large deck, which has expansive views to south, east and west. On this deck there is an external water supply and a propane outlet for barbecue.

As with all other Polytech windows and doors in this home, all opening panels operate on an ‘open or tilt’ mechanism.
